tiny lock & key?

Hello! I’ve been desperately searching for several months for a tiny key and lock and I hope that someone here can help. I want the key to be small enough to fit on a charm bracelet, but to also work with an accompanying lock. I live in London and have tried several locksmiths but the keys they have are all too big really. I have also tried jewellers who have small keys but not locks, or locks that do not require a key to be opened. I think the key needs to be no more than about 15mm long, and ideally quite attractive, but that’s less important. Do you know where I might be able to find what I am looking for?

When I had the idea I naively thought that this would not be too difficult to find!

Do you mean a padlock?

Sorry, should have been more specific. A padlock would be fine, but I would be equally happy with a box (e.g. a jewellery box) so it doesn’t have to be a padlock. As long as the key is small enough and operates a lock, that is all that matters. I hope that makes more sense!

Do you have any ideas?
