Greetings:
I have come into the possession of JBMKL lock. There are no symbols around the dial, but inscribed above the dial is “SUPER SPECIAL” and on the back “PAT APLD” and “ MADE IN USA”
When the dial is twisted to the right it eventually locks, to the left it continues.
First, I would like to know something about its manufacture, when, how long in circulation, etc.
Second, is there a way that I can open it?
