Flat keys for PTPK padlock

I have a question regarding flat keys for PTPK padlocks that I hope some of you may be able to answer. The Yale PTPK padlocks take the Ilco 1031 flat key that fits the keyhole fairly snuggly. I have 2 Sargent PTPK padlocks that I would like to make new keys for. I have disassembled them and they are both 5 pin and the keyway is larger in height than the Yale so the 1031 key fits quite loosely. There is a lot of play from top to bottom in the keyway when the key is inserted and the 5th pin is at the slant of the key blank. I assume that the 1031 would not be suitable for the sargent padlock so does anyone know which key blank would be the proper one for the sargent padlocks. Thanks

They are in the 1922 and 1926 catalogues that I have seen online.

had hard time shimming this flat key sargent,found one steel pin in #1 and long brass pin in #2 hole ,then 3 top and bottom pins with 3 springs ?
makes you wonder ? Had to bounce the first 2 pins to get the shim past them,no springs and edge of shim just caught on both as it went in.
