1st pic, on left, flat steel keys that have been cut-away to form tension tools for lock picking. Same pic, on the right, the longer keys look to be ordinary un-cut flat steel key blanks.
2nd pic, mostly commercially made rake picks for pin tumbler and wafer locks, looks like 3 of them are homemade.
Dont get caught with them in your back pocket on the way home from the pub…;-)
