Split ring?

Hi,

Does any one have an old antique steel split ring. (I think that’s what they’re called) The rings that you would put a bunch of keys on. I was looking for an old one around 50mm + diameter and wasn’t sure where to start looking. Ebay doesn’t have old old stuff, just new old looking rubbish.

Obviously there are decent new chrome plated ones available and we also have a stainless steel ring in various diameters from 2″ upwards that has a special tool to permanently seal the ring after you put the keys on.
Why did you want a large old one?

Thanks for the reply. I wanted an old one for two reasons;

Because I like authenticity and old original bits. Plus the keys for my safe are huge!
Also, I love the way old metal parts are manufactured. The level of skill required back then to make an old split ring shows in the workmanship.
