The picture is from the Volume 45 catalog of the Eagle lock Co. issued in 1925. It seems that your key is a combination of the bow from a 5001 and a blade from a 5074 ½. The catalog states that the company was established in 1833, incorporated in 1854 and chartered in 1882. They were a manufacturer of all types of locks but ultimately went out of business in the mid 1950’s.
In 1925 the $1.80 price was significant, the pric of a similar blank without the ornate bow in the same catalog is $.75.
