Posh one - sold by Harrods! 2-lever, widely used by army also from WW1. There is also a similar handle with an eye, to take a small padlock. Really very little protection from pilfering,as the keys were common among the troops. Might just discourage pilfering when traveling on railways, where passengers and staff might not have the keys.
