My Great, Great, Great Grandfather supposedly invented this lock and the patent was bought by a lock company and used on the Pullman trains.
I am trying to find any information regarding this. His name was James August Muzzio (or Muzio). I am having no luck searching his name, the patent, or the lock itself.
My Mom apparently has one of the original locks and it says on it: Cleveland 4 way lock, patent pending, and uoueu (whatever that means).
Thank you in advance to anyone that can guide me in the right direction or give me any kind of info on this man. He apparently also invented the “Egg Poacher” and I can’t find any info on that either.
