Unkown Safe Deposit Lock

Dear Sirs or Madams,

I have an unusual safe deposit lock that I can not identify. I sent the lock to my good friend John Cannon, CML. John wrote back and said that he thought that it was made in either Canada or the Continent. Since this forum is turly international I thought this would be my best bet.

I have tried and downloaded the few pictures that I took. Picture 1 is of the lock itself. the posts are domed. Also the lid, bolt and case are all marked with the number 32 and the bolt and case are highly jeweled. Picture 2 is of the guard lever and Picture 3 is of the case. Any help will be appriacted. If you can also supple any info on the lock maker.

Ray, I am far from an expert on U.S. SD locks, but did work on them for several years. The only really unusual thing I see about the lock is the guard key location. Other than that it sure looks like it was made here. And how is John Cannon? Tell him I said hello. Doug MacQueen CPS CMS

Still no luck. I have made patent searches but to no avail. Will keep on front to find out who made it.
